Cassandra Shields, Owner/Operator, has a passion for working with clients on projects to achieve their goals in an effective and efficient manner. With over ten years of customer service experience, six years of administration experience, five years of marketing experience accompanied by a Marketing and Sales Diploma - she puts her expertise to work to help fellow entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs wear many hats. After spending six years working within the trades field, Cassandra came to the quick conclusion that tradespeople specifically spend a lot of time getting their hands dirty and don’t have a lot of time for office work.

Often, when things get busy, there is too much work for one person but not enough work to justify hiring someone else. That is where Flare Freelancing comes in. We will work with you to complete your workload in a timely, efficient, manner – whether it be a one time or reoccurring service.
